Online Coaching

Over the years, I have had the privilege to work with people from all backgrounds including post surgical / return to sport athletes, joint replacement and cardiac rehab clientele, members of the Army National Guard, Army Rangers, Navy Seals, Firefighters, Police / SWAT Officers, High School and Collegiate Athletes, cancer survivors, moms, dads, and weekend warriors. Everyone has a story and knowing where to start is vital no matter who you are working with. I use a lot different assessments to help identify where to begin my clients and to maximize the potential they can gain through their workouts. There is competitiveness and a desire to succeed in us all, and its my job to help you push it to the limit with a safe and effective program.

My online coaching programs have been tested and used  by the people I train at my facility in Norman. Everything being offered is 100% consistent with the training I have done with the adults and athletes I train in person.

An easily accessible iPhone or Android app that has the program, videos, and descriptions that tracks your progress

Online Coaching will consist of the following:

  • Individual dynamic warm-up based on your mobility and stability needs
  • Monthly program design based on your specific goals
  • Nutritional Guidance
  • Access to my database of exercises I have used to achieve maximal results
  • Weekly Skype / Facebook Video / Phone call to discuss questions and goals, short and long term

In Person Training $55.00 / session

One on one training is a minimum of 3 sessions. This will entail an initial evaluation, body composition, movement screen and performance measurements. The other sessions allow me to be comfortable with you performing the workouts before I let you out on your own to do the workouts (kind of a “stamp of approval”)

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

 $35.00 / session

A fun and cheaper alternative to one on one training. Join in and train with other individuals. Enjoy the camaraderie of working out in a highly positive team environment to achieve maximal results

Getting fast is all about putting in the work….and rest! We have created a simple, minimal equipment workout you and your team can perform on a track or in a park. All we ask is you follow the progressions given and when asked, give everything you got!

This is a 6-week Beginner / Intermediate Program designed specifically to help maximize speed. This program has 2 speed days and 1 plyometric day per week. Speed and Plyometric Warm up Progressions are also given and for some may be quite a workout in themselves!

WEEKLY SCHEDULE

  • Monday: Speed Warm Up & Sprints
  • Wednesday: Plyometrics / Jump Training
  • Friday: Speed Warm Up & Sprints
